When Jordan, a struggling queer musician, discovers he's been excluded from his estranged father's obituary, a wave of resentment and anger fuels his decision to travel back to his conservative hometown. Determined to release his pent-up emotions, he channels his fury into a powerful original song at a family funeral gathering—a rebellious act that not only reclaims his identity but etches him indelibly into the memories of all that are present.
